Sources of Support is an educational advocacy organization dedicated to serving children and youth with disabilities, and their parents, guardians, and extended family members. Support is offered by providing information related to the special education process, laws, and regulations, and effective communication.
Knowledge of the special education process, educational laws and regulations, and effective communication techniques equips parents with the necessary skills to proactively, effectively, and independently advocate for their child, and build positive, working relationships with teachers and all school personnel.
Sources of Support is child-center focused and provides support and information to parents so they can advocate effectively for their children.
